Our community access care program can assist you in getting out and about to participate in social activities, sports, or to catch up with friends and family with the support of one of our skilled support worker.
Following are some of our community access care activities. Our care supports are designed based on your preferences to achieve your life goals set in NDIS plan
- Going to the movies with our staff –Grand Central Event Cinema, Toowoomba Strand Cinema
- Visit neighbourhood parks in Toowoomba
- Plant selection for the garden from garden centers and Bunnings
- Visit Cobb & Co Museum
- Keeping an eye on the local sports activities and teams
- A cup of coffee at your favourite local cafés
- Lunch or dinner with your friends
- Attending a neighbourhood interest group meeting
- Organise bowling and Golfing sessions
Price list for Community Access Care Supports -2023 /2024
The price list for Community Access supports are 10% lower than the other disability support providers in Toowoomba. Our participants are receiving more support care hours because of our lower prices. Below table shows the price comparison between Andis and other service providers who charge prices as per NDIS Price Guide.
The first two columns in our price table includes NDIS support item number where all providers use that for payments claims, the support item name . The last two columns shows our prices and the NDIS prices.
