What is a specialist accommodation house or SDA in NDIS?
- These SDA homes designed specifically for people with severe functional impairments or high support needs.
- The homes are intended to help people with disabilities live more independently while still receiving high-quality support from their home.
- Participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) who have SDA funding in their NDIS plan can access SDA housing.
